- Supervise and provide an effective support for nightly batch operations which implemented through the scheduling tool Control-M for Prod & Non-Prod environment.
- Ensure the Batch Cycle completion within the SLA committed with the Partners and Business.
- Perform application deployments – Monthly for Production environment and Daily for Non-Prod environments through Udeploy tool.
- Monitoring and Support Monthly Critical Batch Operations – Monthly cycles.
- Daily Turnover Reporting.
- Service-Now Incident management – Coordinating with different partners for issue resolution and make application up and running with in the given SLAs.
- Maintain Quality, Timeliness & Accuracy of works and prepare vital documentation.
- Consistency to project related processes for self and the team.
- Use Ansible & Python for automating day-to-day activities
Experience & Skills Required – Fidelity Investments Lead – Software Engineer Jobs 2023
- Enterprise Batch Cycle Support in Production Environment is must.
- Work experience in Informatica PowerCenter (ELT) processing, Control-M Batch Scheduler, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL & Unix/Unix Shell Scripting
