- Provide in-depth functional knowledge and understanding of PeopleSoft system across multiple versions – HRMS /Payroll Modules
- Complete analysis, documentation, and testing of complex legislative requirements for PeopleSoft Payroll, Human Resources, and Financials
- Create and execute test cases to perform in-depth testing
- Assist with troubleshooting of tax & regulatory client cases including working directly with clients
- Gain new knowledge through analysis, research, and testing
- Design and development of user stories, acceptance criteria and configuration requirements
- Communicate effectively across various teams
- Be committed to excellence and quality
- Work closely with all team members to ensure we meet the acceptance criteria and deliver a high-quality product
