Job Description – Baxter Principal Engineer System Jobs 2024
- Responsible for the planning and implementation of risk Management Process, preparation, and maintenance of Risk Management File for medical device in compliance with relevant standard (e.g., ISO 14971)
- Responsible for the Safety Specification of Risk Control Measure as part of requirements management
- Work in cross-functional teams with technical engineers, medical-experts, human factors engineers, project manager, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory Affairs office etc…
- Supporting Risk Assessment of Pre-production Defect Management for Anomaly report
- Conduct the Risk Analysis through risk analysis tool and Creation of Risk Management Report, ensuring that risk management files are up to date.
- Supporting Risk assessment for Non-Conformance or complaint collected interacting with Complaint Handling Dept.
- Conduct Periodic Risk Review during the post-production activities.
- Supports internal and external audits of risk management activities.
Experience & Skills Required – Baxter Off Campus Drive 2024
- Knowledge and application experience of ISO 14971 (risk management for medical devices)
- Experienced with design and development of Medical Device
- Knowledge of Risk Analysis methodology (FMEA, FTA, HAZOP etc.) and of functional and constructional safety concepts
- Business fluent English skills, both written and spoken, combined with good communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability to travel national and international. (less 10%)
