Responsibilities 

• Designing and implementing new features, integrating 3rd party tools for our stakeholders
• Working with designers to implement engaging user experiences for thousands of users
• Ensuring that Akamai’s front-end applications are performant, accessible, reliable and responsive
• Working in an environment that fosters innovative solutions, rapid development cycles, and open communication

Qualification & Skills Required 

• Have 0-2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Have hands-On with Python3 and any RestAPIs based modern web development frameworks like Flask, Django, FastAPI
• Have working experience with RDBMS like SQL, Postgres and ORMS like SQLAlchemy
• Have working experience with any JavaScript based frameworks like React, Angular, VueJS with HTML, CSS, TypeScript
• Have knowledge of accessibility standards, design patterns, styling approaches, tooling Eg: Material UI, CSS modules, Axe, Cypress
• Have a good understanding of CI/CD, Docker, Networking, Security, X.509 Certs, Linux and testing practices
