Arup Freshers Recruitment Drive 2022 Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate should be passed Bachelors Degree (or) Higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering from recognized university / board.

• You have experience of C++ or C# development, with a real desire to learn and apply this is engineering software
• You have some experience of working on agile projects, preferably using Scrum and test-driven development
• You enjoy sharing your knowledge and working with colleagues
• Some professional experience as a developer with proficiency in C# or C++20, software design, and multi-threading
• Experience of working in an agile environment, using user-centric design, continuous integration and test-driven or behaviour-driven development
• Ability to solve complex problems and openness in sharing your knowledge and thinking with others
• Strong team working skills, willing to build trusted relationships with people and groups with diverse backgrounds
• Experience of source control using e.g. Git

Desirable skills and knowledge:

• Development for Windows and Azure
• C#, Python, JavaScript
• Frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue
• Automated QA testing using e.g. Ranorex, Selenium
• Experience working in multinational, multicultural environments
