Responsibilities 

• Testing software products to find out the defects
• Participating in the development of test plans and test cases
• Documenting and reporting test results to project stakeholders
• Knowledge of software testing principles and experience with various testing types such as functional, smoke, sanity, regression, and integration testing
• Assisting in the troubleshooting of defects and issues
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools such as DevOps
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or any script programming languages, and ability to write code to test software products
• Familiarity with Selenium WebDriver and ability to write automated test scripts using Selenium
• Passion for quality and best practices in software testing
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman
• Understanding of database concepts such as SQL queries and ability to test databases using SQL
• Understanding of source control tools such as Git
• Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery principles and understanding of the CI/CD pipeline
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with developers, testers, and other stakeholders
• Participating in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives
• Delivering high-quality software products within project timelines
• Continuously learning new testing techniques and tools to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness
• Sharing knowledge and best practices with other team members to improve overall quality and testing practices
