Ford India Freshers Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate should be passed B.E.,B.Tech.,M.Sc,MCA from recognized university / board.

• The drive to follow an idea to its logical conclusion and ability to present and defend ideas to management in a clear and concise manner.
• Demonstrate ability on problem analysis/resolution and productivity improvements.
• Strong Object Oriented development background in Java/J2EE/Spring or .Net​
• Knowledge on progressive web-app development.
• Knowledge / development experience on multiple technologies and patterns, related architecture including: cloud hosting, APIs/micro services and interaction with on-prem databases.
• Knowledge or development DevSecOps, CI/CD techniques and tooling
• Understand and closely work with PDO and business teams is a MUST
• Strong team player, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to continuously learn, innovate and grow self and team is a MUST
• Willingness to be flexible and seek ideas/inputs from others and collaborate
• Self-researcher, ability to research a technology and provide insight to project team.

• Provide solution architecture consultation working closely with the product teams and appropriate members within architecture team across regions and domains.
• Lead architecture discussions related to the development of assigned products / platforms across all stages from ideation, design, development, deployment and maintenance.
• Assess feature requirements against external partner capabilities, including API definitions & design, to document and assess technical gaps and determine development requirements considering performance efficiency and optimized cost
• Develop solution options by analyzing and translating desired business capabilities into solution concepts and models and develop recommendation to deliver business value.
• Guide development standards and design patterns for progressive web app and micro-services development.
• Support product team with technical assessments of internal & external platforms & tools covering: Service interoperability and access, Infrastructure, Scalability, Security & Data Handling, Licensing, Global footprint, etc.
• Establish strong working relationship with MSS leadership, provide architectural guidance in support of new business opportunities and integration across skill teams and stakeholders (internal and external).
• Develop architecture artifacts like Blueprints, Architecture working document, Technical Architecture diagram, etc to depict proposed solution & support implementation.
• Collaborates with all stakeholders to develop, maintain and/or review current and future state Enterprise Architecture Standards, Guidelines, Blueprints and Roadmaps; Provide input and guidance to support architecture governance.
• Leads teams in analysis and identification of issues when the architecture does not meet requirements (e.g. performance, scalability, data design, integration testing, audit compliance, information failure mode analysis); Works with project teams to assess the cost, risk and business value of architecture alternatives.
• Support teams in application architecture design and review low level design to meet business goals.
