Responsibilities – Genpact Off Campus 2024
- Basic understanding of Procurement cycle
- Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies.
- Responsible to showcase professional work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger reciprocal environment.

- Any Graduate degree or equivalent with an excellent academic record.
- Good communication and analytical skills.

- Previous experience in Procurement & Sourcing.

- Purchase order creation, issuance and follow up

- Daily communication/interaction via email/ticket/phone
- Solve claims and queries coming from both requesters and suppliers
- Handling daily customer query calls (Helpdesk calls)
- Build good relationship with buyers, requesters, and the suppliers
- You should adjust with a flexible schedule.
