Responsibilities
- Engage with requesters to understand and gather email campaign requirements
- Provide clear communication on project timelines and deliverables
- Handle client feedback and revisions efficiently
- Create pixel-perfect responsive email templates using HTML and CSS
- Ensure all emails adhere to branding guidelines and best practices
- Offer recommendations for design elements and email strategies to drive engagement
- Support and collaborate with the Marketing Automation team on daily US & Canadian campaigns
- Integrate developed email templates into Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Write AMPscript to create personalized emails at scale
- Create and configure content creation automations
- Perform quality assurance, ensure email renders across browsers, devices and meets quality requirements
- Build web experiences using HTML/CSS/JavaScript (front end) a plus
