ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Work with internal customers to understand documentation needs for on-the-job training
- Conduct and/or participate in meetings to ensure knowledge management resources meet end user needs
- Create documentation to support learning, knowledge sharing, standardization, etc.
- Maintain and update existing materials
- Educate internal customers on the importance of documentation, as well as on documentation guidelines and improvement
- Ensure materials are stored in the appropriate system
Skills RequiredÂ
- Strong English-language skills
- Written communication – you can organize and present information clearly and concisely
- Interpersonal skills – you are comfortable talking to people at all levels of an organization
- Problem solving – when confronted with a challenge, you listen, observe, and analyze what’s truly going on and then work independently or with collaborative partners on an effective solution
- Project management – you can identify, plan, organize, and execute the tasks required for successful project completion
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Video and image editing
