- Analyze and document software defects and provide feedback to developers
- Participate in the design and development of automated test scripts
- Monitor and track software issues and defects
- Perform manual and automated tests on web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure product quality
- Analyze and document software requirements and user stories
