- Contribute directly to applications/product development within a team.
- Plan and execute day-to-day operational activities in a team with minimal dependency. Deliver the individual tasks to schedule and quality.
- Actively participating in scrum meetings, review meetings, sprint planning meetings, sprint review sessions, sprint retrospectives.
- Sound problem resolution, judgment, negotiating, and decision-making skills.
- Build and maintain effective relationships within team and its ecosystem (among teams, sustenance, product management etc.,) and collaborate well to drive improvements, leverage and showcase best practices in the context of software delivery.
- Should understand the technical vision, roadmap, and enterprise application standards and work towards the overall business direction/strategy taken by the organization.
- Enable the development team to deliver high-quality and reliable software efficiently (via tools, processes, best practices, etc).
- Should be able to succeed in an ambiguous environment and be able to cope under pressure and persevere.
Experience & Skills Required – OpenText Software Engineer Jobs 2023
- Experience of 1-3 years as a Software Engineer or similar positions and should have worked in Software Design, Coding, Analysis roles.
- He/she should have good working knowledge and experience in application development using Python.
- Having good experience and understanding of AWS is an advantage.
- Should have excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Must be Proactive and result oriented.
- People with experience in scrum way of software development will be preferred.
