Job Role & ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Demonstrates ownership in processing requests and/or queries (including complex issues) related to interfacing with the ERP and other systems, in compliance with Process framework.
- Oversees the assigned automated, semi-automated & manual data maintenance processes in accordance with controls and manages exceptions that any automated process is unable to handle.
- Timely and accurate maintenance of files and other similar trackers/logs and Control related audit trail including resolution of any queries thereon.
- Works with Process Focal Points to ensure that exceptions can be systematically handled in the future by proactively identifying areas for improvement in the process.
- Supports Data Cleanse initiatives from design owners and delivers it on time as agreed.
- Support the development of Touchless Management Information Dashboards/Reports for projects, collaborating with business stakeholders and partners.
- Assist the team in data preparation, understanding data, and contributing to the delivery of TMI Solutions.
Qualification & Skills RequiredÂ
- Degree/Post-Graduate qualification in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in financial concepts and financial statements.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving orientation.
- Certification or working knowledge in Power BI, Python, R, Alteryx, Azure, and/or SQL.
- Curiosity and a strong ability for self-learning.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
