• More than 10 years Project Management experience in the software solution field. Any broadcast or video experience highly desirable.
• Significant experience of delivering complex software solutions, managing 3rd party suppliers, and complex software integration.
• Software solution services delivery knowledge across a variety of operational models including SaaS/Dev Ops, Cloud operation and self-operate.
• Significant experience of working with account teams to win new business.
• Significant experience of working with customers, establishing collaborative and trusting relationships.
• Worked with global cross functional teams.
• Experience building collaborative environments, team cultures, and customer service mindset among project teams.
• A self-starter, working with minimal supervision, trusted and wanting to take on a high degree of responsibility.
• Customer Management.
• Leadership in a matrixed multi-cultural organisation.
• Willingness to take full accountability, influencing and negotiating with other functions to achieve results.
• Willingness to align working day close to customer’s time-zone and working days.
• Have the ability to think outside the box and find resolution to issues.
• Strong communications and presentations skills, impactful and professional.
• Ability to operate in a very dynamic environment.
• Contractual awareness.

• Responsibility for customer relationship, from pre-sales through on-boarding to operations.
• Work with other Services functions: Deployment, Customer Test, and Service Assurance, to deliver and integrate a high-quality End to End solutions to customers and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work with other Synamedia Pre-sales, Architecture and Engineering functions to define scope, plan and estimate new feature requests, projects and change requests.
• Generate cost estimates and timelines.
• Manage Synamedia and 3rd Party Deliverables.
• Building strong customer relationships to ensure understanding of business needs/challenges, understand how Synamedia solution can help them be successful.
• Support sales organisation to win new business, providing customer presentations, quotes, pre-sales material. Build strong relationships with the account teams working with them to win new business and ensuring it aligns to our strategy.
• Generate CRs, SOWs and review other contractual documents.
• Responsible for Solution delivery ensuring that contractual commitments are met, and business goals achieved.
• Responsible for upward reporting and customer escalations, ensuring that accurate management information is provided, and engagement governance followed.
• Responsible for full project life cycle governance ensuring thorough management of risks, issues and cost control.
• Escalate appropriate issues for resolution.
• Develop collaborative relationships with other Synamedia functions so that you can be an effective advocate for our customer.
