• The candidate have 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance and engineering methodologies
• Create test plans, test cases and other testing artifacts as necessary to ensure a systematic approach to the quality of a new product or service
• Document and report status on manual and automated test cases for functional, API and end-to-end tests
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage of unit tests, automated smoke, and regression test suites
• Plan, develop and collaborate on test automation tools such as Selenium, and test suites utilizing a variety of testing methods in both positive and negative scenarios
• Participate in research, selection, and implementation of new tools
• Experience with testing big enterprise, high-traffic, and multi-tier cloud-based applications in MS Azure in Agile environment
• Experience in BDD (Cucumber or Specflow)
• Expertise in UI and API test automation and CI/CD integration with Azure DevOps
• Proven experience in designing and implementing various Frameworks like Page Object Model, Data Driven and Hybrid in Selenium using C# (preferred) / Java/ Python/ JavaScript
• Good knowledge of database concepts, experience in writing SQL Scripts
• Exposure to container technologies (such as Docker and Kubernetes)
• Performance Testing experience is a plus (using tools like JMeter, Load runner etc.)
• Strong experience in testing web applications, including code reviews
• Proven experience supporting the development and maintenance on test automation frameworks
• Ability to review complex software design specifications with a focus on testability, test automation and quality improvements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for a business-to-business customer facing role
• Demonstrated ability to self-organize and prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks daily
• Interested in learning new technologies, creative, open-minded and a great team player
• Adept at task switching to handle varying workload, while meeting tight deadlines
• Creativity, capacity, and a conviction to innovate and deliver best-in-class solutions
• Strong collaboration skills, works well with ambiguity, works well across roles and groups
• Ability and willingness to take the initiative to facilitate teamwork and serve the client needs first
• Ability to understand and integrate with cultural differences and engage with virtual cross-cultural, cross-border teams
