• The candidate should be passed Bachelors (or) Masters Degree in Engineering from recognized university / board.

• 6-7 years of experience actively developing automation frameworks in Big Data space and cloud technologies
• 4-5 years of Experience in Performance, Security & Load tests, preferably with open source tools
• Strong experience in developing automation frameworks with technologies, such as Java/TestNG, Python/Pytest, JavaScripts, or any open source tools and meet performance expectations from the framework;
• ability to continuously improve and integrate various tools and best practices in the framework
• Good knowledge of of Big Data technologies and cloud
• Strong understanding of key programming concepts and Java implementation of each, such as data structures, algorithms, OOPS, exception handling, collections, multi-threaded programming, and RDBMS basics
• Strong knowledge of QA process/strategies and ability to contribute to QA process improvements
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Very good written and oral communication and presentation skills and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.

Desired Skills/Experience

• Expertise with testing, debugging, and troubleshooting in Big Data ecosystem
• Expertise with cloud technologies
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, JIRA
• Good understanding of Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with GIT, Ansible, CI/CD, Jenkins, and DevSecOps
• Angular JS 7 or greater
• Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript experience
• Guru in Jmeter/Load Runner/Locust; guru in APM; expert in Python with OOPs and other libraries; guru in framework creation and maintenance
• Guru of memory monitoring tools-Jprofiler, Jconsole, Setup and configuration; Expertise in capacity planning and recommendation, performance tuning – application, database, and infra

• Expertise in all the features of the products
• Ability to understand user stories and customer requirements
• Strong understanding of Unix, Linux operating system and RDBMS systems
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud technologies
• Lead Product Feature Testing & define, assess User Acceptance Criteria for multiple Features
• Ability to design CI/CD pipeline
• Ability to design various (UI, Backend, API, security, performance) automation tools
• Have expertise on designing the framework on Java, testNG, and setup the Maven workspace
• Continuous improvement of QA process as per Industry Standards
• Investigate Performance & Security issues quickly, plan & execute Performance & Security Tests
• Ability to help team members and others across the company to use the framework effectively
• Review customer/internal defects and revamp the automation framework from time to time to discover all the defects by automation
• Architect & Review automation framework for continuous improvements
• Work on a Scrum Team using Agile principles and methodology; participate in backlog grooming and breaking epics into smaller features; complete technical spikes as needed on new technologies or designs; assist others with user stories definition
• Responsible for reviews for multiple teams with an emphasis on non-functional aspects of quality – consistency, maintainability, scalability, test coverage
• Assign tasks and guide development for less experienced team members
